  This was a very overdue family vacation - we had to reschedule twice over the last two years due to COVID. And in hindsight, I'm so glad we decided to stay here as it was the PERFECT family home for the 8 of us. Plenty of room, very well-stocked kitchen with tons of appliances, dishes, utensils. I was easily able to make gourmet meals for us every night! And with Foodland, Safeway and Costco just a few mins away, you always have access to great ingredients. And Amanda & Sandy were very attentive, warm and wonderful. This was the best vacation and we will be back again!

  Multiple family members got extremely ill. Enough so the bride postponed the wedding. SO absolutely sad we couldn't come. I knew your cancelation policy, and cried multiple times. They(my husbands brother) are going to still get married there next year. Unfortunately, that was a very large loss for us. It looked so lovely, my newly widowed mom was going to join us as well. Heartbroken. Covid is so terrible.Wouldn't even let us be with our dad in his last days.I will give ratings on how it looked to us. Be well. God bless.

  The layout of the house was great! Allowed privacy for everyone. The outside area was also great; plenty of sunny and shaded areas to relax.
  
  The property manager was awesome and very responsive. The kitchen had most everything you need.
  
  When we arrived a neighbor was going through the garbage cans; kind of weird.
  
  We had planned to rent paddle boards and go out from the marina; decided not to because the water was murky.
  
  For sure a quite neighborhood and neighbors will call if you are too loud. So move inside after 10pm or they will call and wake the property manager.
  
  I would stay here again.

  My entire family of 9 stayed here and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable and thought the decor was nicely done. We all also loved that each room had air conditioning...not very common on the islands. The only down side was the couch was not that comfortable, but it worked and the floors were not clean; we all had black feet from walking around. We would go back again though.

  Brought the family, parents and adult children, 9 of us in all ranging from age 1-93, for a GREAT stay at this location. Loved the property! It is vey nice and it was perfect for us. The house had EVERYTHING we needed from beach towels and swim toys to kitchen supplies for cooking and was amazing! Beds were so comfy and furniture was very nice. We were there during very hot/humid weather and although there is no central air they did their best to provide plenty of fans. Room units in all the bedrooms would have been ideal. The location was great and close to shopping and restaurants as well as easy access to all the freeways for exploring the whole island in any direction. I loved that it was a quiet location away from all the tourist traffic and that beaches were close-by. Loved having the pool outside our door! I can't say enough about how great the management of this property is. From the very start, Amanda was very personable and responsive and did a fantastic job at making me feel confident in the whole process since it was my first time doing this. I would definitely use this property again!

  Rental home was really nice. Lots of space to accommodate our group of 9. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials (even had a rice cooker). Overall, the home was really nice. Conveniently located near Hanauma Bay and several other attractions. There were a few things that we weren't impressed with: air conditioning only in 2 bedrooms (couldn't do too much cooking because of the heat produced), the washer and dryer didn't operate fully, and pool usage only until 8 pm (the neighbors across the water partied late into the night).

  This house was the perfect home base for us to have an amazing trip.
  
  We flew in late on Sat and thanks to Amanda had perfect instructions and got in the house with no issues.
  
  The next day I got up early to buy groceries and stock the kitchen and everything you need is literally 2 min away. Costco, Safeway, Walgreens, you name it, all right there. The kitchen has everything you need and we were able to make most of our meals right there and enjoy the patio and pool which got tons of sun all day.
  
  The house itself was perfectly designed for us. The layout is a large main living room and kitchen for everyone to hangout in, and all the bedrooms on the perimeter.
  
  We had 1 other family there with us and it didn't feel cramped at all (we both have 2 kids as well). The 2 master suites were on opposite sides of the house with plenty of privacy, and the other 2 main rooms were full size. Then our 2 younger kids shared the 5th smaller room which they loved and kept calling it a clubhouse.
  
  Even though the house was plenty spacious we basically lived outside. The patio and pool set in such a beautiful location was just what the Dr. ordered!
  
  We are already trying to decide when to come back!

  We had such an amazing experience at this house! There were 7 of us (and then 9 of us for a few of the days) and we had plenty of space although we all spent most of our time while at the house sitting outside laughing, talking and swimming. It is so peaceful and quiet. The location is great because it's right in the middle of the Waikiki area and the Windward side attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I went to this area with a larger group. Loved it!

  We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. the pool is lovely and the setting was spectacular. The two master suites have air conditioning and that was nice as it was very hot. Our only complaint was that the dryer vents into the house, so the bedroom closest to the laundry area got quite hot. Other than that, we really enjoyed the home.

  This year my wife turned 50 and her parents had their 50th anniversary. We rented the Marina Front home for two weeks with the extended family and have an excellent time. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, on a bay with it's own dock. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio each day with the sun shining on the hills to the right and then enjoyed the sunset each night out over the bay. The home is comfortable, clean and located well with multiple chopping center close by and Hanauma Bay 10 minutes away. It's close enough to Waikiki and Honolulu to enjoy their beaches, restaurants and shops, but residential enough that we always had a nice place to retreat to and relax in peace.

  Excellent location and space although the thing that lets this rental down is that the house is not airconditioned except for 2 bedrooms. It was so hot inside we had to sit on the back just to spend time as a turns out we were too noisy for the neighbours as they rang the owner to say we were swimming in the pool which we were not.our private pool closes at 8pm,no swimming after 8pm. We were only having a cup of tea and a laugh. We got the call from the owner at 9.55pm although the local law was 10pm no noise.
  In saying the above i would stay there again i just think a holiday rental should be able to use the pool anytime.

  Comfortable home in a gorgeous setting. Lovely to sit on the lanai and see the clouds draping the Kuilaulau Mountains, pausing to take dips in the pool. The house is very comfy with a very substantial kitchen. Nice to have 5 bedrooms and three baths. What would have made this even a better experience? Only the two master bedrooms have AC, so the other three bedrooms make for rather sticky sleeping. Whole house AC would be nice. Also, there is a beautiful dock on the waterway behind the house, BUT there is no kayak available to use. As good as our stay was, AC and a kayak would have made our stay perfect!

  This rental turned out to be the perfect location for a large family. The warm pool on the property was perfect. The house rules were very reasonable, and clearly written out.
  There are two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and they both had A/C. The rest of the house had numerous fans to circulate the air, but even during consistent 85 degree days in Honolulu, the heat was always tolerable. The location was centrally located and only 30 minutes from the airport, and very close to Hanama Bay. Plus, it was within easy walking distance of an excellent shopping center. This would be our FIRST choice of lodging in or around Honolulu, and it made our Hawaiian vacation perfect!

  When we pulled up the outside was a little underwhelming but when we went into the home and saw how open the floor plan was and hoe beautiful the view was from the back patio (not to mention how clean and clear the pool was) we were more than pleased with the rental. It truly was a home away from home for us. The sunrise and sun sets over the Marina were great and th kids preferred swimming at the house over going to the beaches most days. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a spacious place to stay while viviting the sites of O'ahu!

I was surprised that only a few select rooms were air conditioned, but the weather was reasonable and we really didn't need it much. For the 9 of us it worked out just fine.   I needed a place to host family for a wedding event at nearby Kahala resort Never having been to Oahu I found this property brousing the web. I was in need of a large home and wanted something private and not to far from the hustle of Waikiki but accessible to all areas of the island. The photos and description on line captured my interest first. Working out details with Amanda via e-mail was a breeze. The property and management did not disappoint by delivering excellent value. Amanda even went out of her way to accommodate a rush delivery of medication from the mainland.
  Overall the property is not brand new but it is well maintained and the photos on line are accurate depictions of the present state. The area was quiet and relaxing - just what the doctor ordered. The proximity to the Hanauma Preserve and other costal features was a bonus for early morning explorations to capture sunrise photos.
  The only real improvement could be a more air conditioning in all bedrooms as the local climate is difficult for us northern mainland types to adjust to.

  Nice house for our family reunion...loved the location, which was close to town, & enjoyed the view & relaxing around the pool. House was clean, but pool had alot of leaves when we arrived, thenl we figured out how to clean the pool stainer. We made a conscious effort to hold the noise down since neighboring houses were close by.
  
  The living room was alittle warm even with the windows open & fans going, so we enjoyed our meals & spent the day on the patio. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment & dinnerware,; linen closet had ample supply of towels & linen. Tubs in the bathrooms have a fairly high side, so it's not ADA-friendly. Bring your own shampoo & bath soap since none are provided.
  It was convenient having Costco & supermarkets close by. Lots of restaurants in the area which we've been to in the past, but had great dinner at the Harbor Village Chinese restaurant in Koko Marina, where we had good food & dim sum.
  Took a spectacular drive to trek up to Makapuu Lighthouse, then tidepools across Sea Life Park. Spent another day kicking around Kailua town & another day in Kaneohe to hit the farmers market for local produce & homemade foods at Windward Shopping Center. Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens in Kaneohe is a usual favorite for us, too.
  I'd recommend the house to others & definitely consider renting again for our next reunion!

  Amanda was very helpful and attentive. The home served our 3 generational group of 9 very well. The showers have great water pressure. Suggestions...warn renters there are no toiletries. I definitely would stay here again. To be fair..there were a few bugs in the kitchen and the pool had issues....we never used it.

    Aloha Yen, I am sorry to hear you just had an okay time. Although we of course want our clients renting the home to enjoy themselves we are upfront regarding noise restrictions in our contract. We received a complaint from the neighbors after 11pm which is past the 10pm quiet hours you agreed to in signing the contract. Our homes are located in residential areas and although you are on vacation the neighbors do still have to get up early for work. I do appreciate the feedback on the beds, I will most definitely notify the owner. Hope despite the noise issue you all were able to enjoy your time in the island! Aloha!

  We had 8 adults staying here and had plenty of room to move. Before we arrived Amanda was a great help and answered any questions we had about the home and area.The pool needed cleaning when we arrived(due to storms before we got there) a quick call to Amanda and within the hour it was cleaned. The two main bedrooms have A/C but they could do with it in the main living area as it got quite hot during the day when your out. They do have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and portable fans though.There's plenty of eating venues and supermarkets around.The house had plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook and eat, it was also nice to have things like condiments oils and sauces in the cupboard. Maybe the only thing missing was a clothes hoist or line for washing,there's a tumble dryer but that heats the house up. Views were beautiful, area lovely and it was great after a big day out to come home and enjoy a swim in your own pool. We would all love to return one day and would highly recommend this home.   What a Saving Grace this rental was. We rented a home on the North Shore for our family of 10 and arrived to an unihabitable home and no place to move 10 people. We stayed in a hotel the first night while I was trying to regroup. After sending out a gazillion inquiries for rentals on line, Amanda was the ONLY one to call us and ask if she could help! She was AMAZING the entire process! We arrived to a sparkling clean, gorgeous home and we couldn't have been happier. We originally didn't want to stay on this side of the island because all of our "excursions" were mostly on the North Shore, but our son found many wonderful hikes, cliff jumps and more to do on this side. We will DEFINITELY return to this home with our brood! We loved the a/c in the two masters, the house was sooooo hot because it was hot outside. It was unbearable some nights, and the kids slept outside on the loungers, so of course, whole house a/c would be great, but understand it is not needed often and is a huge expense. The kitchen was a great size for our family, although I found it could have been a little better stocked for "real cooking" which I did every night. Missing serving bowls and utensils and a large frying pans for cooking up 20 scrambled eggs for my 5 boys!! Other than that, the linens were great, the decor attractive, I think the outside dining table chairs could be updated, a little rickety to be truthful as were the lounge chairs. But all in all, the stay was a huge relief and a delightful respite from the utter hatefulness we encountered with the other rental. SO Thank you a million times to Amanda for her accomodations and her overall GREAT attitude! So appreciated!!

  The house has amazing views! Don't let the local kayak delivery place tell you that this water is bad and they can't deliver - I wish we had done more research and had been able to use the waterway! The house itself is located a very short walk from Safeway which was good. It's only air conditioned in two bedrooms which was hard for this Alaskan family. The tile gets very slick, especially when walking in from the pool deck (I fell and hurt my knee pretty bad so just beware). Also, the cleaners weren't fantastic so make sure you check before using any dishes/utensils. We let the management company know and they refunded us a small portion of our rental fee but we had to scrub the kitchen before we could use it.

  My husband and I stayed here with our 1year old son and another family who also had a 1year old. The house itself was a good fit for 2 families with the two master bedrooms on each corner of the house, and the kids each had there own room as well. It was also nice that everything was on one level making it easier with the kids. We enjoyed many hours by the pool and overlooking the canal and mountains. The sunsets were incredible almost every night we were there.
  
  The location of the house was fantastic! Having been to Oahu a handful of times I love this part of the island but there' is never anywhere to stay. This house is conveniently located in a small quiet neighborhood near great beaches, grocery stores and fantastic restaraunts! There is even a movie theatre near by too!!
  
  Overall, we were all very happy with our stay. It was nice to be out of the craziness of Waikiki and stay in area in which i consider to be a nicer suburb of the island. I would recommend this house to friends or anyone looking to go to Oahu with a family. The management company was also very helpful from start to finish. They were very responsive and even helped us with some of our itinerary planning.

  We were offered this house after our original vacation rental (another company) had problems. We were the first renters for this property, so there were a few glitches, but the problems were offset by an attentive manager and helpful contractors. The house was comfortable, though more seating in the living room would be nice (there were 6 of us-parents, kids ages 18, 16 and 13 and grandmother)-- and we couldn't all sit to watch tv or movies together), and lounge chairs outside would have been nice). The neighborhood is nice and quiety. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, Costco, groceries, etc. The dishwasher will have to be replaced soon, however it worked for us (just had to work the door closed), coverings on the small bedroom didn't arrive--so we had to tack up a temp. paper covering, washing machine was fixed as was the ice maker. It sounds like a lot of problems, but all was dealt with promptly. A few more items in the kitchen would be helpful (as we were the first renters), such as wine glasses, baking pans & baking sheets, oven mitts/pads, basic spices (salt, pepper, cinnamon, sugar, etc.), cheese grater, large serving platters or trays. It was nice to have two master bedrooms at opposite ends of the house for grandma and parents, and the girls (16 & 18) each had their own room with double beds and shared a bathroom, and my son had the small bedroom on our side of the house and used our bathroom. A few more amenities would also be helpful for a vacation rental such as shampoo, hairdryer, kleenex -- things you would normally expect for overnight accomodations. With the above mentioned taken care of, this will be a great vacation rental! We still had a great time. Went to dinner at Waikiki a couple nights, went scuba diving, short drive to nice beaches, and dinner at nearby Assagio (highly recommended!), hiked Koko Crater trail (exhausting) and drove to Kailua for kayaking (be sure to stop at Sweet Home Waimanolo for yummy food)!
