Quiet Hauula townhome with ocean and mountain views. Country living at its finest. Private town home located on large shared property. Newly built unit that has just been completely furnished with everything brand new and air conditioning throughout! Two minute walk to ocean and about a four minute walk to a white sandy beach. Easy country drive to some of Oahu's top North Shore beaches. Master bedroom has king size bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed with the second bathroom located off the hallway. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a home cooked meal after a day of exploring. Or if you prefer a number casual eating options along with local food trucks just a short drive away. And for those who "must" work on vacation, the rental includes upgraded internet to help get you back to the beach quicker! (444mbps download speed and 24 mbps upload speed) Rental includes parking for two vehicles: one standard size van/SUV vehicle and one standard size car. My family and I had a really good stay at this property and it was very comfortable for us (party of 7). The only advice I would give to management is to put a baby gate in the home somewhere (if one was there I didn’t see it) for kids as the stairway is a bit steep (we put a bench in front of the stairs at night in case my littles got scared and ran to the room to find us (they would’ve ran right past the stairs and half sleep kids, anything can happen). And the other, not have water in the potted plants in front of the house. We got bitten by mosquitoes every time we entered or exited the house. But honestly, the property was beautiful, the location great, and the management team and owners were lovely. The gift they gave us (fruit, chocolates, shower gel, etc.) was a pleasant surprise.

This vacation property is in new condition and has all the amenities for a beach getaway. we enjoyed our time away from our everyday lives. we have already recommended this property to friends that are looking to take a trip to Hawaii. The management company was available to answer any questions we had and made the rental process easy.

What a great place to stay while on vacation. We got in late at night and was pleasantly surprised to find a tray of fresh fruits sitting on the dining table. Bananas,Papaya, a fresh pineapple and more. Plus there was a bag with toiletries and 2 boxes of macadamia nut candy. We also received a container of macadamia nuts which our daughter loves. This rental unit is located on the east side of the island away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Many small markets are nearby to do your shopping. The beach is just across the highway and easy to access. We have never rented such a well stocked place as this.The owners stop by to make sure the property is clean and well maintained. The young lady who cleans for them does an excellent job. You will find just about anything you need in this unit. We loved it and hope to return in the future.While on Oahu, drive over to the Mormon Temple and roam their grounds, It is beautiful!

Rental was newly remodeled and very clean. Home is a short drive to the beach. “Within minutes”, you can walk to the ocean, but has no beach access. You will need a car to get there, with that said, it is Beautiful!!! Rooms are spacious with full closets & shelving to unpack. Kitchen is well stocked with a laundry room in the bathroom. Kitchen pans are stainless steel, not non-stick. AC unit works REALLY well, so make sure to regulate it or you will walk into a meat locker. Also, microwave has HIGH wattage, so be careful, heats up with way less time. I now want that one at home. Beach towels, two beach chairs and a beach umbrella are on the property, which was great. Also, parts of the north shore are dry, so if you want to purchase alcohol, Foodland does not sell alcohol.
