This property is simply remarkable. The home sits in the beautiful Manoa Valley with spectacular views of the valley and Diamond Head from the spacious deck. The home is very well equipped with beautiful, high-quality furnishings and unique custom stained glass that takes your breath away. Incredible details throughout with clear pride of ownership. If you are ok being away from the beach and want a nurturing place to spend the day or come home to, this is the home. We will defintely return!

Beautiful home built in 1931. The stained glass throughout the home was so impressive. We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great-we drove everywhere easily. Kitchen well-equipped, plenty of towels and linens, closet full of beach towels and chairs. Super windy weather (not vrbo’s fault!), and a lot of unidentifiable banging, and the doors could use some WD-40. We had a little bit of trouble getting the deck doors to close, but finally figured it out. The vrbo staff was amazing in her response times before we ever got there (had to make a couple of date changes and ask a question!). We didn’t have any reason to contact her during our stay-everything was as described. There is a coffee maker, hair dryer. Bring your own shampoo and bar of soap. We would highly recommend this place!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This property was an absolutely ideal place to stay during our recent trip to Oahu. My adult daughter & I took my 81-year-old dad on his first trip to Hawaii to visit Pearl Harbor. We each had our own sleeping quarters and our own toilet as well. The home was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed, & we were even able to prepare a couple of dinners without having to eat out at every meal. The view from the lanai was spectacular! And the home is conveniently located so just about anywhere on the island is easy to get to. This is truly a beautiful home that has been very well thought out for the guests.

We were in Hawaii for 2 events, one being a UH graduation. This home was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably and also acted as a gathering place for others to visit. The home is quintessential hawaii. It is absolutely beautiful. It made for beautiful backdrops in our photos. We spent a lot of time on the lanai taking in the views. We will stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! This is a beautiful home with a lovely view of Diamond Head from the balcony. Easy access to Manoa and Waikiki but tucked away an a quiet residential neighborhood. We truly felt at home with a full kitchen, living and dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Many thanks to our host for a wonderful stay!

We were visiting relatives in Honolulu and needed a family friendly place to stay for 10 days. This house is in a charming, older part of Manoa. There are three full bedrooms upstairs, and 2.5 baths upstairs. The unit is vintage, but well maintained with some updated features in the kitchen. There was plenty of space for a family to relax and not feel cramped. The one thing to be aware of is the parking situation. Rent as small of a car as you can! The streets are narrow, the parking bay for the unit is small. Also be aware it can be extremely windy. Don't leave things on the lanai to dry out... they will blow away.

We enjoyed our five night stay in beautiful Manoa Valley. The duplex was very spacious, well-appointed and had great views towards Diamond Head. The location was in a quiet neighborhood but allowed easy access to most of the sites on Oahu.

The house was awesome! So comfortable and clean. We walked in and instantly felt relaxed after a stressful day of travel. We had no problem locating items in the house. The kitchen & kitchenware was very clean - unlike other rentals that we stayed at. It's close to things, which is super convenient. The neighborhood is great and the view from the deck is amazing. We would have spent more time on the deck, but the wind was unusually strong during our stay. Also, a few of the boards on the deck were loose, so when we were out we avoided those areas. Definitely keeping this place in mind for our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the Manoa house. The house was neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Other than only have one wash cloth for four guests, we had no issues. Amanda was very helpful and brought more wash clothes. There are restaurants and grocery stores close to the house and it is only 15 minutes away from downtown. I would certainly recommend this location. The neighbor across the street was very friendly and helpful. Driveway was small and would be more suitable for a standard suv. We had a full size suv and it worked fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Manoa Valley Duplex. It was just far enough from the hub-ub of the busy city center but not too far to be a problem. We loved the house, the beds were very comfortable. The lanai has a great view and lots of seating. The parking is tight (much like most of Hawaii) so a smaller rental car is a better choice. This location had easy access to the rest of the island, grocery stores etc.

Perfect location. Its out of the busy downtown but just a short drive away to Waikiki. 20 minutes from Koko Head and Diamond Head. The views are spectacular from the deck off of the back of the house. You will see the mountains, Diamond Head, Downtown Honolulu with peaks of the ocean between the hi-rise buildings.

Charming historic cottage in Manoa with views of Diamond Head. Comfortable and classy interiors, three full bedrooms, and fully stocked kitchen and supplies for a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and being to sit in the evenings and enjoy the views and the rainbows.

Great house!! While the home is older, it is in a charming way. The lanai and the view it offers is amazing as well! Location is quite but not far from the major spots of Honolulu and Waikiki. Really an all around great airbnb for a group of people! It's very spacious and we never had any problems. Be aware that as it is an older home, doors make noise and windows may be a bit harder to open and close. Also Manoa is very windy and often rains at night (at least in the winter). And, if someone is in the unit below the main house, you'll need to watch noise at certain times. These are just advisories. If you're alright with them then I highly recommend this home! Really the view is extraordinary and I would book this home again just for it and the lanai!
