Ideally situated on the third floor (top level, no units above you) with stunning ocean views and colorful Hawaiian Sunsets from private balcony. Access to all Beach Villa amenities. Nearby shops/restaurants in Turtle Bay Resort providing guest enjoyment this beautiful Hawaii resort destination has to offer without paying the resort prices! The villa is spacious with 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths with over 1400 square feet of living space. Sleeps up to 8 people. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, dresser with matching night tables, walk in closet and cable TV. Attached is the large master bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed, dresser, closets and TV's. The second bathroom is located off the hallway with a tub/shower combo! The condo also includes a full kitchen, dining area and living room and is spacious enough for the family to all gather after a day or hiking or just relaxing at the beach. This Villa offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, relaxing, peaceful retreat yet you are just steps away from the beach, pools, and other resort activities (golfing, horseback riding, helicopter tours). What a wonderful vacation spot. Location is amazing and the condo was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Northshore. Being able to use the owners locker which had 4 tommy bahama chairs was a much loved bonus! We would absolutely come back!!

We rented this unit for a week for a family vacation with our 2 year old. The location and unit was perfect for us. The unit came stocked with all necessary beach, bath, and kitchen stuff and reaching out to the property manager was extremely easy. We'll be back.

Location Location Location!!! Perfect !! The condo is all & more than we had hoped. It is Well cared for & Amanda (property manager) responded promptly & addressed any questions we had throughout our stay. The Ocean Villas staff did take excellent care of the property. All of our 8 adults were Impressed. We hope to return one day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Bay villas, it's ideally located right next to Turtle Bay Resort with lots of walkable beaches and a nice nearby pool. The villa was spacious and had high end finishes, the amenities were well covered. It was convenient to have an assigned parking spot nearby. One minor issue was quickly resolved by the management company. We would definitely stay here again. I do want to mention though that even though this is part of Turtle Bay, you cannot use their pool unless you're staying in their hotel. But you can access their lobby, restaurants, bars, etc. and there's a fantastic bar right on the beach close to the villa.

Place is very nice. It is well maintained and décor is nice as well. We enjoyed staying there very much. we had a wonderful trip. It would be helpful if there were some beach Chairs. Maybe these are in a locker somewhere? It seemed there may have beem keys to a locker and heard places had lockers. But it wasn't in the instruction book? Overall, very pleased.

The property description is accurate and was also clean and well maintained. Kitchen fully stocked with rice cooker, pots, pans and utensils. Owner/manager was very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most! Access to the beach was really close too. We enjoyed the food trucks that were a short drive away. It was overall a great staycation!

This is a lovely unit in the Turtle Bay Resort; perfect for our family at Thanksgiving. We were able to stay at the resort for fees slightly less than booking through the hotel. We prepared most of our daily meals in the unit and went out to dinner at the resort or at the local food trucks. The unit itself is island contemporary in feel, very clean and had a plentiful stocking of beach gear for our use. The location is ideal for beach access, hotel access and many, many activities. Our only disappointment was the lack of basic condiments. Be prepared to bring you own salt/pepper, oil, spices, saran wrap, foil, baggies and such. There also isn't any tupperware to store leftovers. While we are not fans of an abundance of community items, having a few basics is helpful; particular since there isn't a market nearby. All said, it's a very comfortable unit and you can't beat the location.
