Spectacular 4 bed 2 bath home with private pool and breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Situated on the ridge in the highly desired area of Hawaii Kai.

The main level includes a large open kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for a large family to congregate in. There is also a living area, the master bedroom and bathroom along with an additional half bathroom off the hallway. In addition, a large balcony which is the perfect location to start your morning with a cup of coffee while enjoying a beautiful sunrise or to end your day of fun with a sunset in the evening. Down the stairs to the second level you will find three bedrooms, one bathroom and an additional living area that opens up out to the enclosed yard and private pool. The home includes four smart TV's so the children can have quiet time while the parents kick back or the whole family can relax and watch a movie after a long day out exploring!

The home is just a few miles to Sandy Beach and the well known nature preserve at Hanauma Bay, as well as fifteen minutes to Waimanalo Beach, one of the best beaches on the Island! Safeway, Costco, many restaurants, movie theaters and all kinds of Water Sports activities are all within a mile. Maunalua Bay is the home base for competition paddlers, amateur fishermen, and everything in between. Just the perfect "home away from home" for your stay!

  This property was absolutely fabulous for our large family vaction. The 2 separate living spaces allowed everyone to have their own space for "down time," and the upstairs living, dining, and kitchen areas were spacious and provided ample seating for all of the family to enjoy eating and socializing. The house is extremely well-appointed and comfortable and was clean and very well maintained. Each bedroom has its own AC unit, which made sleeping quite comfortable. The pool was a hit with the grandkids! The property is also conveniently located to nearby shopping and restaurants. The property manager was helpful and answered questions promptly. It was the perfect property for us, and I would highly recommend this house to any family looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay while vactioning in Hawaii!

  We were on vacation as an extended family (grandparents, adult children, 3 grandkids) and found this home to be just lovely and great for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out inside and outside. The pool and backyard were all very well used by kids and adults. The bedrooms all had a/c units which helped keep everyone cool at night - the common spaces got warm, but the ceiling fans as well as floor fans helped keep the air circulating and it never got uncomfortably hot - and if it did, you could just retreat to your bedroom! The house also had plenty of towels, beach towels, pool toys, floaties that were great to have on hand. The kitchen was also well stocked with plenty of plates, cooking equipment, and kitchen spices, which were a nice touch. My only criticism is that the hot water ran out quickly - this was the case even when we tried to space out our short showers throughout the day and avoided running the dishwasher while or right before showers. We were told when we checked out that perhaps the breakers didn’t switch over from the solar to the regular power source, but never got the issue fixed during our stay. The property manager/contact was very easy to contact and quick to respond to our questions. The location in Hawaii Kai was also very convenient - it was a quiet neighborhood and very close to grocery stores (Safeway and Costco) as well as lots of restaurants. Also very close to Koko Crater and the lighthouse hiking trail. Assuming that the hot water worked better, we would love to stay here again if we were to visit Hawaii with a large group!

  Perfect home for our needs. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Great location and the view from the upper deck was amazing. The management company was very responsive and quick to resolve a minor problem with the pool. I would definitely rent this property again.   Very pleased with this property, the pictures represent the property very well. Very clean with enough extra blankets and towels. The rental management group was just a call/text away (thanks Sandy and Amanda) if you have any issues. We are from Texas so we thought there might be AC; there is no AC but we found out quickly we didn't quite need it here on the island. It's an amazing place for a big family or group. Great pool and great great views!! I highly recommend this place.

  I stayed here for 10-day family vacation (6 Adults & 2 Kids). It was AMAZING. We were so impressed with the views from the balcony. We could see the mountain and the ocean at the same time. If you want to sit along the pool with a beer on your hand and just watch the sunset peacefully, I highly recommend this place.
